Spring Concert 2025 – Featuring Edward Elgar’s Cello Concerto
We are delighted to announce that cellist Gerard Flotats will be performing Edward Elgar's Cello Concerto in E minor Op.85, composed in the aftermath of the First World War. It is Elgar's last major completed work and is a cornerstone of the solo cello repertoire. Summer Concert 2025 – Featuring Rachmaninov’s Piano Concerto No.2
Born in California in 1998, Ignas was raised in Lithuania. In 2017, after graduating from the National M.K. Čiurlionis School of Art in Vilnius, he was honoured by the President of Lithuania, H.E. Dalia Grybauskaitė. With his sister and three brothers the talented Maknickas Family Ensemble has represented Lithuania on National Television and at State occasions.
