As part of the BSO’s residency in Cornwall, they are running a ‘Symphony in a Day’ event. You get to spend a day sitting alongside the professional players of the BSO and work through a full symphony with a public performance at the end of the day. The chosen symphony for this event is Dvorak 8 and it is being held at Truro School in the Old Sports Hall.
A number of COCO players have attended similar events with the BSO in the last couple of years and they are a great opportunity to learn and experience playing in the midst of a professional orchestra. Info and applications can be made on the BSO website.
